Job summary

Compass Group USA Levy is seeking a bartender to support bar operations across our venues. You will replenish liquor and supplies, assist in service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming bar area.

The role emphasizes fast, friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Prior bartending or beverage experience is helpful, and part-time scheduling may apply across multiple venues.

• Experience or ability to work in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in bar areas.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar or lounge areas including work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.

Summary

Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
