Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated bartender assistant to support the bartending staff, maintain a stocked and clean bar area, and deliver friendly, efficient service to guests.

This role operates in a 24/7 hotel environment, requiring flexibility in shift days and hours, while ensuring health standards are met, stock is tracked, and guests' dining experiences begin with quality beverages and prompt table service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations concerning serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Must have a current Food Handler Card or be in the process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic English language skills to understand inquiries and communicate simple instructions.

Responsabilités

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to health standards as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain neat, clean appearance.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. Maintain total cleanliness of restaurant to meet Hotel and Health department standards.Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards.Folding napkins/rolling silverware for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.Stocks and maintains service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.Assists servers in the delivery of orders and pre-busing tables.Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests, to ensure total satisfaction.Adheres to all company policies and procedures.Follows safety and security procedures and rules.Knows department fire prevention and emergency procedures.Utilizes protective equipment.Reports unsafe conditions to supervisor/manager.Reports accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor/manager.Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well groomed appearance.
