Job Description

The Bar back will be responsible for maintaining bar stock levels, preparing requisitions, and supporting bar operations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Transporting beverages from coolers to the bar and maintaining stock levels.
2. Preparing requisitions for supplies.
3. Maintaining ice, glassware, garnishes, and fresh fruit supplies.
4. Cleaning and maintaining the bar area.
5. Restocking kegs and rotating bottled beer.
6. Managing waste and receiving beverage orders.
7. Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per recipes.
8. Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications.
