Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Las Vegas Ballpark is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Bar Back to support bartenders during festive holiday events. This event-based role runs late November through December, focusing on setup, stocking, and fast-paced service to contribute to guest experience.

The position offers opportunities to work in a dynamic venue environment with Levy’s renowned service standards and seasonal perks.

Qualifications

• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves kegs and delivers to bar area as well as connecting to beer draft line.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Ensures beer taps are working properly.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Helps ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
