Job summary

Compass Group USA (Levy) is hiring for a bar/banquets role within its dining and beverage operations. The position involves receiving and stocking liquor, beer and wine, delivering items to the bar, and setting up beverages and snacks for service throughout shifts.

Associates may assist with opening/closing side work and maintaining cleanliness across bar and lounge areas. The role supports a team focused on guest experiences across multiple venues, with benefits such as Instapay and wellness

Responsibilities

• Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and replenish as needed in the bar.
• Delivers liquor, beer and wine to the bar area as required.
• Sets up bottles on the bar with back shelf top-shelf liquor.
• Stocks bar snacks and supplies and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in the bar area and helps maintain cleanliness of service areas.

Summary:

Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies, such as snacks and napkins, stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas; washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas, including floor mats.
• Ensures rubbish is removed from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
