Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Oceanside, CA is seeking team members for The Shore Room, an oceanfront lounge offering crafted cocktails and light bites with sunset views. You will support service, clear tables, roll silverware, and help guests with questions while maintaining a polished guest experience.

Previous 1+ year experience in food & beverage is preferred; ability to stand for long periods and lift ~25 pounds; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Roll silverware and clear tables as part of daily tasks.
• Run food and drinks and assist guests with questions.
• Complete assigned side work and maintain cleanliness.
• Participate in trainings and assist new hires when needed.
• Support Shore Room operations for Hyatt Hotels Corporation properties

Join The Shore Room to be part of North County's first oceanfront bar. It's refined coastal lounge atmosphere has breathtaking views of San Diego's North Shore. The ideal spot where guests can enjoy crafted cocktails and a bite as the sun sets over the Pacific.

Please note, your job duties may include additional responsibilities depending on business needs, such as rolling silverware, clearing tables, running food and drinks, assigned side work, cleaning measures, compliance trainings, meetings, assisting new hires to Shore Room, assisting guests with questions that relate to either The Mission Pacific Beach Resort or The Seabird Resort, etc.

This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs.

The hourly rate for this position is $17.50/hr.
