Job summary

A dynamic entertainment company in Indiana is looking for an enthusiastic individual to maintain a safe and fun bar environment. Responsibilities include monitoring guests, managing supplies, and ensuring cleanliness. The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed.
• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar.
• Place liquor, fruit, and bar supplies in their designated places.
• Replace empty beer kegs.
• Ensure that garnish items are adequately prepared and stocked.
• Fill ice bins with crushed or cubed ice.
• Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required.
• Remove and properly dispose of debris accumulated at the bar.
• Clean counter areas, sinks and floors as required.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
• Adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
