You will support bartenders, restock glasses and beverages, and maintain a clean, well-organized station in a fast-paced casino setting. Must be 21+, fluent in English, and committed to high integrity and guest satisfaction.

Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the Bartender/Beverage Server. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all required cleaning, as well as assisting with various projects on property.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

• Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station.
• Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Assists the Bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and (depending on assigned station) pouring drinks.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Fluent and literate in English
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Mobility to constantly move about the property
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs
• Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight).
• Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping
• Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
