Atrium Hospitality in Murfreesboro is seeking a Banquet Lead to manage and execute event orders, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier service during live events.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in banquet roles and a willingness to obtain food safety and alcohol certifications within 90 days. You will train staff, coordinate with vendors, and handle AV setups to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of banquet experience and leadership exposure.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willing to get them within 90 days).
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office—bonus if Delphi is used for event management.

• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish.
• Keep things sparkling—monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top‑tier service and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike.

Compensation Range : $17.50 - $18.38 / hour Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

What You Will Do:
