Job summary

Bally’s Bet on You is seeking staff to maintain beverage service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with event setups. You will help with inventory alerts, trash disposal, and transport of dishware.

Adherence to Bally’s guidelines and safety policies is required, with an emphasis on guest relations. Minimum six months related experience or training, basic computer/IE skills, and ability to read simple instructions are preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Basic proficiency—Internet Explorer and/or other Internet Service Providers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish beverages, ice, and supplies at service areas.
• Maintain and replenish beverage supplies.
• Assist with inventory control by alerting supervisor or ordering responsible person when supplies are low.
• Remove and dispose of all trash in food and beverage service and storage areas.
• Clean and empty bus stand regularly; transport dirty china, glassware, flatware, and other service utensils to the dish room.
• Scrape, rack, stack and wash all china, flatware, glassware and utensils per company cleanliness standards.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and keep coolers and dry storage organized.
• Assist with setup of banquets, buffets and private functions.
• Promote positive guest and employee relations.
• Comply with Internal Controls, company policies, and safety regulations.
