Job summary

The St. Anthony Hotel, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts property in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Banquet Houseperson to join our premier Banquets team. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• TABC certified and Tips Trained required; Food Handlers required.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous banquet serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms with equipment per contracts and BEOs; ensure timely readiness.
• Clean banquet rooms and adjacent areas; maintain linen and supplies.
• Assist with service, kitchen, and stewarding tasks as needed; replenish supplies and log materials.
• Report to captain/manager on duty before clocking out.
