Concord Hospitality Enterprises is Hiring for Banquet Set Up/Houseman at our Raleigh, NC property. Starting rate is $16.50/hour with opportunities to earn up to $19.80/hour based on events and business needs.

The role requires mobility, lifting, and a customer-first approach to ensure event success. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down spaces per event orders, assisting guests, keeping public areas tidy during events, and reporting any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• This position requires full mobility and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Be courteous and respectful to guests, clients, and co-workers.
• Flexible with hours to accommodate event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space per Banquet Event Order.
• Attend to guest needs during events and assist as required.
• Maintain clean presentation of public spaces during events.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available and functioning as listed in the Banquet Event Order.
• Track event supplies and equipment and report repairs and maintenance needs.
