Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Set-Up team member responsible for set up, cleanliness, and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms. The role requires reviewing BEOs, preparing spaces, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and complete setup accordingly.
• Break down of banquet space after event.
• Maintains a strong knowledge of various types of set-up.
• Check equipment and electrical hook ups for proper working order.
• Ensure the equipment is handled and stored safely.
• Keep the function room area and storage area clean and organized.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
• Be effective and innovative in handling and solving problems in the workplace.
• Remain positive and helpful while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to the success and growth of the company.
• Act honorably, even when no one is watching.
• Eagerness to grow and/or develop within the company.
• Passionately provide personalized guest service.
• Able to work most weekends and holidays.
