Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a full-time Event Setup/ Banquet role at the Allen Courtyard in Allen, TX. Compensation starts around $15 per hour, with pay determined by experience and location.

The role emphasizes setting up and breaking down spaces for events, keeping areas guest-ready, and supporting catering service. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Strength and stamina—you’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift.
• Attention to detail is essential for event perfection and guest satisfaction.
• Clear communication and teamwork with colleagues and kitchen staff are required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-first attitude; big events require collaboration and energy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and cleanliness standards.
• Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day (including coffee breaks).
• Help transport supplies and materials where they need to go—boxes, programs, décor.
• Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Be the friendly face guests remember, anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
