Job summary

The Bell Tower on 34th in Houston seeks energetic banquet server and event staff to join our fast-paced team. You will set up rooms according to floor plans, serve plated and buffet meals, and maintain clean, organized service areas during live events.

No prior experience required; training provided. Starting wage is $16 per hour, with raises based on skill and performance. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• You are 18 or older.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• You have or will obtain TABC and Food Handler certifications.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus; bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the room to the floor plan: tables, chairs, linens, place settings, staging, and props.
• Serve plated and buffet meals with speed and precision during live events.
• Carry full trays with control, clear and reset tables, and keep stations stocked.
• Flip rooms between events on a clock.
• Keep floors, service areas, and the dish line clean, dry, and safe.
• Move quietly and discreetly during speeches, toasts, and first dances.
