Job summary

Arcis Golf at The Club at Pradera in Parker, CO seeks energetic Server Assistants / Banquet Servers to support dining and events. You will assist servers, set tables, refill beverages, and help maintain pristine service areas.

The role is ideal for those 17+, with opportunities to gain hospitality and event experience. Flex scheduling is available, including evenings and weekends, with employee meals during shifts and growth opportunities within the club.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 17 years or older, able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers and banquet captains with food and beverage service.
• Set and clear tables quickly and professionally.
• Refill water, beverages, bread, and service items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, banquet spaces, and service stations.
• Polish glassware, silverware, and other service equipment.
• Reset tables according to club standards.
• Assist with banquet room setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, and décor.
• Deliver food and beverages during events in a timely and professional manner.
• Support weddings, tournaments, member events, and private functions.
