Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Banquet Server for the Little Rock Marriott to deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, and events. You will work with the banquet team to serve food and beverages, clear tables, and ensure a tidy event space.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of serving experience, are fluent in English, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following safety standards and dress code.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
