Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking friendly banquet servers to perform food and beverage service at dinners and events. You will set up tables, carry trays, and interact with guests to ensure a positive experience. This on-site role requires attentiveness and teamwork to deliver a smooth event experience.

This position supports service during events, maintains safety and cleanliness, and follows grooming standards while assisting with post-event breakdown and reset.

Responsibilities

• Set up event tables with linens, place settings, and buffet areas.
• Carry plates on trays and serve guests.
• Keep glasses filled; clear plates; replenish utensils.
• Clean up after service and breakdown areas.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow grooming and appearance standards.

Job description

Banquet Servers are responsible for performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.

• Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet
• Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
• Keep glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
