Job summary

The Mills House in Charleston, SC, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Banquet Server to deliver outstanding service at weddings, conferences, and other events.

You will welcome guests, serve food and beverages with efficiency, and help maintain a polished banquet area while adhering to safety guidelines and dress standards.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during weddings, conferences, and events.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy.
