Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a personable Team Member to welcome guests, seat groups, and contribute to event setup and dining service at Onion Creek Club in Austin, TX. You will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure high standards of guest experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and a can-do attitude with opportunities to participate in daily and special event operations across our golf club portfolio.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist in seating and event setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist in seating as required by group.
• Ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations.
• Participate in event setup and breakdown for special and daily occasions, while contributing to overall cleanliness and presentation.
• Serve guests food and beverage in a banquet event setting to ensure quality service is provided.
