You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, supervise staff, monitor budgets, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in banquets, within an upscale environment.
  • Experience coordinating weddings, corporate events, private parties, or large events.
  • Background in a country club, resort, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and operational execution of all banquets and special events, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and company standards.
  • Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to finalize event logistics, timelines, and services.
  • Supervise, schedule, and support Banquet Captains, coordinators, and staff, providing leadership before, during, and after events.
  • Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor staffing, labor, and banquet supply costs to support financial goals and optimal event execution.
  • Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented environment through hands‑on guidance and clear communication.
