Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Perrysburg is seeking a part-time banquet and lobby bartender to join our team. The role requires three years of bartending experience, knowledge of alcohol serving practices, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand banquet event orders.
• Set up designated area with equipment and beverages.
• Polish glassware and prepare bar condiments.
• Provide beverage service to guests professionally.
• After events, return inventory and equipment to storage.
• Store glassware properly after use.
• Communicate challenges or guest concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
