Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety & handling policies.
• Prepare and expedite menu items accurately and timely.
• Communicate with Executive Chef about food quality issues.
• Maintain personal hygiene to ensure food safety.
• Assist with other duties as requested by management.
