Job summary

Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support our busy kitchen. You will operate dishwashing equipment, wash glasses and cookware, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized to ensure smooth service for guests.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a collaborative team delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctly operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans in pot washer's area.
• Keep the kitchen neat and clean, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
• Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
