Job summary

AriensCo Hospitality in Brillion, WI is seeking a supercharged Part-Time Banquet Dishwasher to support our busy banquet operations, especially for nights and weekends. You will wash dishes, assist with banquet setups, keep the kitchen clean, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth events.

You must be 16+ years old, able to stand for long periods, and able to lift heavy items. This role is part-time and offers a team-oriented hospitality environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment or supplies.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain the kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Assist in the preparation of banquet setups by ensuring that all required dishes and utensils are washed, dried, and available when needed
• Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility
• Dispose of waste in an appropriate manner
• Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies
• Comply with health and safety regulations and policies at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during banquets and events
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef
