Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and physically strong Houseman to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in the setup and teardown of event spaces, ensuring that all logistical and physical aspects of events are handled efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage heavy lifting and physical tasks. With the busy banquet and holiday season approaching, we are seeking candidates with flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute setups and tear-downs for club events in alignment with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Arrange furniture, décor, staging, AV equipment, and linens as specified by event plans
• Ensure all event spaces meet club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
• Support transitions between multiple events in the same day with efficiency and precision
• Respond promptly to on-site needs during events

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
