Job summary

Remington Hospitality seeks a reliable banquet assistant to prepare and clean function rooms as per customer specifications. You will ensure all A/V equipment is set up and working, coordinating with the A/V company to guarantee smooth events.

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the banquet space, vacuuming carpets and dusting walls, while returning equipment to storage. Promptly remove full bus pans and keep storage areas organized for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include setting up function rooms per customer specifications.
• Ensure audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning; coordinate with A/V company.
• Maintain cleanliness and working order of banquet space; vacuum, dust, mop.
• Return electrical equipment to storage and maintain organized storage facilities.
• Remove bus pans from function areas promptly when full.

Job description

• Completely and efficiently clean and set up all function rooms according to customer specifications on event order.
• Make sure all audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning properly. Work with A/V Company to ensure.
• Make sure all items and banquet space are clean and in working order. Vacuum and shampoo carpet, dust walls and dividers and mop service area when needed.
• Return electrical equipment to banquet storage facility at the end of the day. Maintain a clean storage facility at all times.
• Promptly remove bus pans from function areas when full.
