Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver outstanding service during weddings, conferences, and other events at our Kansas City venue. You will anticipate guest needs, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and assist the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of serving experience, can multitask in a fast-paced setting, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile and positive attitude
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner
• Clear tables, clean up after events, and ensure the banquet area is tidy
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance throughout events
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless event execution
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment
