Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, tear down and execution of all banquet events.
• Work closely with the events team to understand client needs and preferences, ensuring all event details are executed to their satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and housemen, ensuring proper training, motivation, and efficiency.
• Supervise setup of banquet rooms, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food and beverage service during events, addressing issues or guest requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation and presentation meet the club’s standards.
• Manage event timelines and ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to banquet operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
