Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC, is seeking reliable Banquet Setup Staff for part-time and full-time positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. You will help create memorable events, set up rooms, and ensure smooth operation for weddings, banquets, and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Set up event rooms before functions and break down rooms after events.
• Clean, clear, and reset event spaces for the next function.
• Set and reset tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Safely carry trays and bus tables during and after events.
• Stock and organize linens, china, silverware, and glassware.
• Ensure silverware and banquet equipment are clean and in good condition.
• Set up buffets, brunch stations, food displays, and side stations.
• Retrieve food and supplies from the kitchen and transport to event areas.
• Break down buffets and displays after events.
• Keep banquet and event areas clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly.

We have Part-Time and Full-Time positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible work or a second job.

Our Banquet Set Up Staff play an important behind-the-scenes role in creating beautiful and successful weddings, banquets, meetings, brunches, and special events for our members and guests.
