Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Banquet Chef with a strong banquet background and fine-dining culinary experience in Ocala, FL. This onsite role partners with the Executive Banquet Chef to lead food production, culinary staff, menu execution, and cost controls.

You will manage large-scale events, develop menus for conferences, supervise staff, and ensure top-quality presentation, safety, and sanitation.

Compensation & Benefits
