Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hospitality professional to lead banquet events at the Houston Marriott. You will supervise setup, ensure timely service, and mentor the banquet team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Role requires customer service experience, 6+ months in banquet food service, and flexibility to obtain food/alcohol certifications within 90 days. The position involves some physical activity and collaboration with the events staff.

• Coordinate the flow of service like a pro, ensuring meals are served smoothly and on time.
• Guide and motivate the banquet team to deliver top-notch guest experiences, from coffee breaks to full-service dinners.
• Handle audio-visual setup and troubleshooting—yes, you’ll be part tech support too.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and inventory to keep the operation running like clockwork.
