Job summary

Meadowlark Golf Club in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an urgent Banquet Bartender for part-time shifts. You will prepare and serve drinks, take payments, and help set up and break down events to ensure a polished guest experience.

You’ll monitor underage drinking, handle cash, and maintain guest relations during weddings, banquets, and daily functions. Weekend and evening availability is preferred; prior bartending experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Take payments and make change for purchased beverages, and perform bar opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21, as well as monitoring the alcohol intake of guests.
• Maintain effective guest relations and ensure a pleasant visit.
