Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Banquet Bartender at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will serve beverages, manage orders, and ensure guest satisfaction during events. The role requires reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• One year of bartender experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills; follow GuestPath Universal Service Standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain alcohol service certification.
• Basic math to accurately total guest checks.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brands.

Responsibilities

• Receive drink orders from patrons or servers.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly; check IDs.
• Mix and serve drinks using standard recipes and portions.
• Enter orders into the POS system and handle payments.
• Maintain bar stock and restock as needed.
• Clean and organize bar area and stock; manage glassware.
• Prepare appetizers or garnishes as needed.
• Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards.
