Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Banquet Barback / Bartender to join Saint John’s Resort. This part-time role offers a service-driven environment with growth opportunities within SHG.

The position emphasizes hospitality and guest satisfaction in a premium resort setting. The role requires a minimum high school diploma and at least three years of bartending experience; bartending and alcohol awareness certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of bartending experience.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Read and understand banquet event orders.
• Set up designated area with equipment and beverages.
• Polish glassware and prepare bar condiments.
• Provide beverage service to guests professionally.
• After function, store inventory and equipment.
• Retrieve and store glassware properly.
• Communicate challenges or guest complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
