Responsibilities

• Check identification for alcohol service.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Prepare drink orders including wine, liquor, and beer.
• Maintain lounge/bar area and service.
• Compute bill and handle payments.
• Maintain safety by monitoring for intoxication.
• Clean bars and stock bar at shift end.
• Plan and organize bar operations.
• Inventory liquor, food, and supplies weekly.
• Ensure proper tipping reporting for tax.
