Job summary

The Post Oak is hiring a Banquet Bartender to join our events team in Texas. You will deliver exceptional service at banquets, handle beverage service with precision, and contribute to a polished guest experience for large-scale events.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of bartending experience, are at least 18, and embody our Be FAIR principles: Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive and Respectful. This is a tipped position with emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1+ year of bartending experience.
• 18 years of age or older for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to plan and prep for events.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Manager
• Assist Sales Manager in communicating with the Food & Beverage and Culinary team to ensure thorough planning and preparation for all events

Qualifications

• Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have 1 + year of Bartending Experience
• Are 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol)
