Qualifications

• Prefer one year of bartending experience.
• Permit for Food/Beverage Service when applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet the minimum age requirement for the jurisdiction.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages at banquets and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Interact with guests, take orders and provide recommendations.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences.
