Qualifications

• Prefer one year of bartending experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising.
• Working knowledge of bar terminology and service.
• Meet minimum age requirement for the jurisdiction.
• Read, write and speak English fluently; communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at banquets and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area with supplies and equipment available.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and guest safety.
• Collaborate with the banquet team for timely beverage service.
• Handle cash transactions and keep accurate sales records.
• Assist in bar setup and breakdown and replenish supplies.
