Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a banquet bartender to thrive in a fast-paced environment and craft cocktails with consistency. You will engage bar guests, deliver drinks and food to the bar area, and maintain a polished, well-stocked station while promoting menu knowledge and excellent service.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with 1-2 years of bartending experience, capable of teamwork, and flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant's standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
