Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Bartender to join our team at Trail Hotel-21222. Read and execute banquet event orders, set up bar area, polish glassware, and provide beverage service to guests in a professional manner.

Minimum three years in a bartending role, high school education, and preferred bartending certification or alcohol awareness certification. We offer Daily Pay, telemedicine, health and life insurance options, 401(k) with company match,

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands all particulars of banquet event orders.
• Collects equipment and beverages to set up designated area.
• Polishes glassware and prepares bar condiments.
• Provides beverage service to guests in a professional manner.
• After function, inventories and stores bar equipment and glassware.
• Communicates any challenges or guest complaints.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reads and understands all particulars of banquet event orders
• Collect all necessary equipment, beverages, etc. to set up designated area
• Polish all glassware and prepare needed bar condiments
• Provide beverage service to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• After function, remove inventory and all beverage equipment to proper storage
• Retrieve and store bar glassware to proper storage
• Communicate any challenges or guest complaints
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
