Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a part-time banquet bartender to greet guests, craft cocktails, and deliver an exceptional dining experience at events. You will maintain bar setups, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a high-energy environment across shows and venues.

Responsibilities include crafting drinks, handling bar equipment, providing menu details, and assisting guests with event information.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast paced high volume environment.
• Demonstrated excellent Guest Service and service recovery abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adept at troubleshooting and can calmly handle difficult situations.
• Self directed, trusted and well respected by peers.
• Ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment.
• Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create an exceptional guest experience during banquet events.
• Take food orders and deliver items to guests in a timely manner.
• Prepare cocktails and other drinks using standard recipes.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons.
• Set up bars with glassware, garnishes, and necessary supplies.
• Provide menu knowledge and cocktail recommendations to guests.
• Assist guests with directions and show event schedules.
