Responsibilities

• Completely and efficiently clean and set up all function rooms according to customer specifications on event order.
• Ensure audio/visual equipment is set up and functioning properly in coordination with AV staff.
• Keep banquet spaces clean, vacuum and shampoo carpets, dust walls, dividers, mop service areas.
• Return electrical equipment to banquet storage and maintain a tidy storage facility.
• Promptly remove bus pans from function areas when full.
