As an Intraoperative Surgical Technologist at Banner North Colorado Medical Center , you'll play a vital role as part of the surgical team, working closely alongside surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room. In this position, you'll have the unique opportunity to assist directly during surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging surgical instruments, and ensuring a sterile environment is maintained. This role is essential to delivering high-quality surgical care and supporting the overall success of each procedure. Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
Schedule will vary depending on departmental needs. Calls are not required, but they are available.

Registry/Per Diem positions do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Registry/Per Diem positions require a minimum of 2 shifts a month commitment. Completion of post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check (includes employment, criminal and education) is required.
This position selects and places surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery. Scrubs and provides instruments, sutures, and other sterile supplies during surgical procedure.
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge and current basic life support certification.
Where applicable must be registered with State Regulatory Agency
The position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain professional decorum in highly stressful emergent situations. The position requires the ability to be conscientious, organized, and orderly and the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the surgeon and patient.
Must stay abreast of new developments in the field.
Graduation from a certified school of surgical technology or two years of operating room experience.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
$23.16 - $34.74 / hour
