In your role as a Crisis and Intake Therapist, you will join an exceptional team at Banner Health providing comprehensive mental health evaluations and coordinating behavioral health care. You will ensure the most appropriate level of care is being given in accordance with all state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures. This position provides crisis assessment and support to patients and family members who are experiencing serious psychological or psychoactive substance abuse disorders. Being able to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within the organization and outside agencies is a must (this includes providing telehealth services for other Banner facilities). This position will support patients in person at Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley and Banner Fort Collins Medical Center as well as telehealth cervices to support our rural hospitals. Schedule may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
We are anticipating this position to work 1-12 hour shift per week however schedule will be based on operational needs with a minimum of 2 shift per month.

Registry/Per Diem positions do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Completion of post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check (includes employment, criminal and education) is required.

Estimated Pay Range: $30.56 - $50.93 / hour
