Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional office preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain detailed information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Dependable and able to follow established procedures.
• Professional, patient, and compassionate approach when working with clients.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys and bankruptcy team with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
• Communicate with clients regarding documents, appointments, and case requirements.
• Help clients understand what information and documentation they need to provide.
• Collect, organize, review, and maintain financial documents for bankruptcy cases.
• Enter and maintain accurate client and case information in case-management software.
• Prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, amendments under attorney supervision.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and case requirements.
• Maintain calendars and deadlines for case-related tasks.
• Provide professional, responsive, and compassionate service throughout the bankruptcy process.
