BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Virginia Bankruptcy team in Herndon, VA. You will work with experienced attorneys and leverage advanced technology in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 4–5+ years of bankruptcy experience, with a Virginia bar admission, and involves representing clients in bankruptcy matters, drafting pleadings, and appearing at hearings in person or virtually.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia with Bar admission.
• Maryland license preferred.
• 4–5+ years of experience with bankruptcy, highly preferred.
• Experience in creditors' rights and related bankruptcy practice.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
