Responsibilities

• Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements.
• Cash’s checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances.
• Enters customer’s transactions into teller software and issues receipts.
• Places holds on accounts for uncollected funds if applicable.
• Balances currency, coin, and checks in cash drawer per policies and procedures.
• Assists with balancing vaults, coin machine, TCR/TCD, and ATM as needed.
• Processes end-of-day work and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs).
• Removes deposits from night depository, counts and balances cash, receipts deposits.
