Banking Solutions Architect (Director- BPS)

We are currently seeking a Banking Solutions Architect (Director- BPS) to join our team in New York.

Overview

You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision‑support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current‑state operations and co‑create the future‑state AI‑native architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points
• Architect AI‑native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
• Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
• Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
• Present solutions to C‑level stakeholders and drive adoption

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Banking Domain
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and Business Processes, BPS / BPO
• Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
• Excellent client‑facing communication for Solutions and large deals with executive storytelling skills
• Familiarity with AI/ML & Agentic concepts, even if not hands‑on
