Job summary

United Bank is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital omni-channel and large banking projects from inception through deployment. You will manage cross-functional teams, develop project artifacts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality results.

The role emphasizes process improvements in information security, planning, and disaster recovery, while adhering to PMO standards. In-office five days a week in Little River, South Carolina, with typical travel ~10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in running/facilitating multiple releases in a dynamic setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor United Bank projects and initiatives; manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality results.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: plans, scope documents, goals, deliverables, testing plans, budgets, and training materials.
• Provide progress reports with dashboards and status updates; ensure regulatory guidelines are followed throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor and manage project teams; promote enterprise thinking and accountability; drive lessons learned discussions.
• Lead project-related meetings and manage dependencies, risks, and changes in scope.
